I ordered from malibuc.com and, to be honest, I was half expecting some kind of delay and an apology email like you get with a lot of sites. But the delivery was actually really solid. Tracking came through quickly, and the package showed up exactly when it said it would. No chasing customer service, no weird hold-ups, and everything arrived in good shape. I appreciated that and would use them again

My order showed up just fine, so no complaints there, but the subscription side of things was kind of hit or miss. The settings weren’t super easy to find, and canceling took longer than I expected. It’s not a bad experience, just a little more confusing than it should be.

Not gonna lie, I wasn’t expecting much from Malibu C, but my scalp had been so itchy from hard water that I figured I’d try it. After a couple washes, my hair felt cleaner without that stripped feeling, and the tight, irritated scalp thing was pretty much gone. Such a simple change, but showers are way less annoying now.

I’ve tried a couple of Malibu C products, and to be fair, the ingredients do seem decent. They don’t feel too harsh on my hair, which I appreciate. I tried Malibuc.com after a friend mentioned it to me, and overall it was okay for what I paid. I wouldn’t say I felt like I got an amazing deal, but it also wasn’t a bad experience.
